Natalie Portman plays Emma Franklin, a doctor who’s not really looking for love and is not ready for a relationship because of time issues and just wants to have someone to have sex with. She decided to have sex with her friend, Adam Kurtzman played by Ashton Kutcher. Things get complicated when a plain seual relationship is mixed up with emotions. Adam falls for Emma and the problem arises when the feeling is not mutual. But is it really only sex for Emma? Will she learn to fall in love with Adam eventually?
